We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. Below are the details of the position:

Network Administration: Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Hardware and Software Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve IT-related problems promptly.

System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, backups, and ensure data integrity and security.

Security: Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard company data and systems from threats and breaches.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities.

Bed Making: Make beds, change linens, and ensure all guest room amenities are replenished.

Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.

Guest Satisfaction: Provide exceptional service by promptly responding to guest requests and ensuring their comfort.

Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
